​i. Payments

Will I be charged tax? 

  • Online and electronic payments are taxed 5% (a minimum of .25 cents and a maximum of $15).

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • For online sales, we accept payment via PayPal or major credit cards.
  • When selecting PayPal, you will be asked to log in to your account to confirm the payment.
  • We accept cash during in-person retail events.
  • For larger orders, contact us in advance to arrange an invoice for payment via online bank transfer.

What if there's an issue with my payment?  

  • If there are any issues with payments that are unrelated to BalanceNrenew, the buyer will be responsible for accrued fees.

ii. Order Changes and Shipments

Can I change my order?

  • When you've placed and paid for your order, it's prepared for transport almost immediately. 
  • Once you receive an email that your order is "completed," you can no longer change the order.
  • All purchases are shipped out within seven days .

Will I receive a confirmation of my order? 

  • Yes. We'll send you a confirmation email after receiving your order. 
  • If money has been taken from your bank account and you have not received a confirmation email, then please check your spam folder. 

What shipping services do you use? 

  • Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. 
  • Shipping cost- Spend 
    • $0-$50 = $6.95
    • $50.01- $100= $8.95
    • 100.01- and up $ = Free Shipping 

iii. Returns & Exchanges 

What is your return and exchange policy?

  • We do not accept returns unless the item you purchase is damaged upon arrival. The items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. 
  • If you need to exchange an item for another size, you may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations. However, if you intend to return them, please ensure that any items of clothing do not pick up unpleasant odors. 
  • We check all returned clothing for stains and odors.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
  • You must return the item within 14  days to receive a refund or exchange.
  • This means that the item must be physically received by us within 14 days of when you received it.

How do I start the return process?

How do I send back the returned or exchanged item? 

  • Make sure you wrap the items, with their original labels attached, in their original packaging. 
  • You must pay for return shipping on your own; we do not provide free return labels. If the product was sent with damages we will refund the shipping cost.

How long does it take to process a return?

  • When you ship your order back, it can take up to a week before we receive the returned package. 
  • We aim to process every returned order within 2-3 business days, to check each return for wear.
  • As soon as this check has been made, we submit the reimbursement for your payment. 

When will I receive my money back?

  • Generally, you will receive the reimbursement within 3 working days after we submit the return. 
  • However, it can take as long as 7-10 days, depending on your payment method (bank, credit card, etc.).
